 Breakfast is included with overnight stays at the hotel, and is served in the dining room at 9 AM. The menu varies a bit from day to day, but it is always a full, hot breakfast. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when making your reservation and when checking in so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. 

 A small lounge is located on the second floor for guests to use during their stay. There is a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron & ironing board, fan, hair dryer, toiletries, and  other little extras.  

 Parking is available in front of the Iron Horse on Main St and in a parking lot behind the building. 

 Free WiFi is provided for guest use. 

Our regular check in time is 3 PM - 5 PM. Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving before or after this time frame so we can plan accordingly. Early check in is allowed if the room is ready, but is not guaranteed. A simple self check in can be arranged for late arrivals. 

 Check out time is 11 AM. Late check out can be requested, but is dependent on our occupancy.  

Reservations must be cancelled at least a week prior to your date of arrival in order to avoid a fee. If your reservation is canceled less than a week before you are due to arrive, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first nights stay. 

Payment is due in full at the time of check in and can be made with cash, debit card or credit card. A credit card number must be on file in case of damages or other charges during your stay. 

We have three pet friendly rooms in the hotel: #7 Trans Siberian, #8 Reading RR, and #9 City of New Orleans. These were chosen for our pet friendly rooms because they are located on the first floor and have private entrances.  Pets are allowed in the lobby and garden. Service animals are welcome in all rooms and areas of the property. Advance notice is required if you are bringing a pet or service animal. There is no pet fee, but additional charges apply if there are any damages.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only. There is a minimum $200 cleaning fee for smoking inside the hotel or restaurant. Additional charges will apply if there are burn holes or other damages. 

We love working with groups for wedding parties, family reunions, friends getaways, or any occasion! Special rates and discounts are available depending on the size of your group and the dates of your stay. Call or email for more information and to arrange your group reservation or room block. Our group policies are flexible so we can work together to arrange the perfect setup! 

Gift certificates are available for for an overnight stay or dollar amount. There are two options for overnight stay certificates: $100 for any room Sunday - Thursday night without breakfast or $150 for any room on any night including breakfast.  All taxes and fees are included with overnight stay certificates so there are no charges due at the time of check in. Gift certificates are also available for a set dollar amount in increments of $25. Certificates must be purchased in person or over the phone and expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
