Since we are such a small hotel, we don't always have a front desk receptionist onsite. There is a 24/7 virtual front desk available for guests to call with questions, issues, or in case of emergencies. Guests are contacted before arrival to provide details for self check in & self check out. Please let us know in advance if you will need special assistance and we will do our best to be here to greet you in person!
Check in time starts at 3 PM. Please let us know in advance if you would like to check in before 3PM so we can plan accordingly. Early check in is not guaranteed until confirmed for a $10 fee.

Payment is due in full on the day of check in and can be made with a credit or debit card. Cash payments can be made with prior arrangements, but a credit card number must be on file in case of damages or other charges during your stay.
Check out time is at 11 AM. Please let us know in advance if you would like to check out after 11AM so we can plan accordingly. Late check out is not guaranteed until confirmed for a $10 fee.
We have a simple self check out procedure that allows guests to check out any time before 11AM. There is a $10 lost key fee for any room keys that are not returned at check out.
Reservations must be cancelled at least a week prior to your date of arrival in order to avoid a fee. If your reservation is canceled less than a week before you are due to arrive, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first nights stay.
We have three pet friendly rooms in the hotel: #7 Trans Siberian, #8 Reading RR, and #9 City of New Orleans. These were chosen for our pet friendly rooms because they are located on the first floor and have private entrances. Pets are allowed in the lobby and garden. Service animals are welcome in all rooms and areas of the property. Advance notice is required if you are bringing a pet or service animal. There is a $10 pet fee charged per night for each pet. Additional charges may apply if there are any damages or extensive cleaning required after your stay.
Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors only. Ashtrays are provided on the front porch, back patio, and roof deck. There is a minimum $100 cleaning fee for smoking or vaping anywhere inside the hotel.
Overnight stay gift certificates cost $175 and can be used for any room on any night. Taxes are included so there are no charges due at the time of check in. Certificates must be purchased in person or over the phone.
2024 Reservations- Breakfast is included with overnight stays at the hotel, and is served in the dining room at 9 AM. The menu varies a bit from day to day, but it is always a full, hot breakfast. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when making your reservation and when checking in so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
2025 Reservations- Breakfast will not be included for hotel stays starting in January 2025. We encourage guests to try the café & coffee shop here in town, and are glad to recommend other nearby dining options as well.
A small lounge is located on the second floor for guests to use during their stay. There is a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron & ironing board, fan, hair dryer, toiletries, and other little extras.
Public parking is available on Main St in front of the hotel and in a parking lot behind the hotel.
Free Wifi is provided for guest use in all rooms and public areas of the hotel.
